How To Do More with Less (2:53)
“How to do more with less” is becoming passé. With organizations looking for everyone to deliver at a higher level, what’s necessary? The ability to live and lead ourselves, building people, partnerships and performance.
I totally agree with the satement that we must be self motivated and we must develop those that we work with to be the best that they can be. We must lead them by example, give them the tools to succeed, develop them and then be there to ensure they are on the path and on the front side of the energy circle.
Greg – you hit some key points, especially equipping those we lead with “tools” so they can succeed. We see it to often (and I am certainly culpable) that leaders rely on rhetoric and persuasion to create change in behaviors – instead of doing what you’re stating clearly.
