Maybe you’re not good enough. Perhaps you don’t have the skill to watch every word you say, so you can effectively position yourself as someone you’re not. Maybe you’re not clever enough to let anything other than your results talk for you. And it’s entirely possible that self-promotion and putting yourself first just isn’t fulfilling for you.

So you put your hands up and quit the charades. And you do it your way.

The key, though, is not quitting everything.

You are good enough to stand up and say “There’s a better way to do things.” And you’re good enough to be a model: There are those who, when quitting the charades, quit caring, too.

You can re-inspire them. (We need you to.)

The system would have us believe that we don’t have what it takes to succeed if we don’t function like so many others have. Consider that you’re actually a part of the majority who don’t work the system as we know it – and when you step up and speak out, you activate and inspire others to do the same.

And we change things – more.
