People work on problems. If they’re not careful, they can become one, too. Unless they have the awareness of this R&D specialist who recently wrote:
“We are technically trained to solve problems. Throughout our lives our ‘value’ to society has been to identify and solve problems. We perceive the world through the lens that it is a problem to solve.”
Yet, our challenge must be to activate . . . activate others, activate direction, activate thought and activate constructive challenges.
In all cases, activate. Not constrain or limit.
When people walk away from me, is potential activated?
(That is a question we should all ask ourselves.)
