This is the defining question of our day: Will each of us change our individual actions to achieve an abstract benefit for the collective?

Those who successfully create collaborative work environments recognize the question. Because:

  1. influencing individuals to change what they’re doing…
  2. for the purposes of achieving an objective…
  3. that is bigger than what could be accomplished by an individual or smaller team of people…

lies at the heart of collaborative leadership.

Right now, there are more questions than answers. Many people will wait for the answers to be given to them; those who will lead us through tomorrow will do so by creating answers with others.

That’s why on April 9, 2020, at 10 a.m. EASTERN, I’m hosting the Collaborative Leader’s Huddle: A live forum for forward-thinking influencers determined to do together what no leader can do alone. It costs nothing to join the discussion (though, regrettably, we must cap participation).

To be certain: We don’t believe the world needs another webinar right now, so participants in the huddle won’t be subjected to a training or asked to purchase something at the conclusion. Instead, this is 50 minutes of unfiltered, live, honest discussions among inspired collaboration practitioners focused on breaking the humanistic barriers we’re all facing in business today.

Our guest at the April 9 huddle is the vivacious and accomplished, Dr. Angie Paccione. If you don’t know her work, as a collaborative leader, you should.

In this extended period of challenges, including suffering and loss, how we answer the defining question will provide a glimpse of our collective moral compass – while enabling us to shape tomorrow’s reality just a bit more.
