“Do they care?”
A group of middle managers debated this question as they discussed the executive leaders of the organization. “Why don’t they care about people and our culture? Or is it a matter of skill: They just don’t know how to demonstrate they care about our work environment?”
Important note: These people work for an organization where top talent is walking away.
