“The Census Bureau estimates there were 71,991 centenarians as of Dec. 1, up from 37,306 two decades earlier.” – from an Associated Press article on April 26, 2011.

 

Printed in my local newspaper was the article (cited above) about the growing numbers of centenarians and what some of their secrets to longevity. Those secrets, described towards the end of the article (“A positive but realistic attitude…A love of life and sense of humor…Courage….And a remarkable ability to accept the losses that come with age but not be stopped by them.”) were similar to Verus Global concepts of being on the Front Side of the Energy Map, the Big 6 of Degrees of Strength, and the courage we talk about that is required to be a Wellness Culture driver.
