Going Beyond Engagement (2:22)
What if the traditional barometer of engagement is selling organizations short? We can go beyond engagement to ensure best ever performance, ‘all-in’ early and inspired talent and it’s not about someone else creating the circumstances to create our personal fulfillment.

I retired on March 1, 2013 from Industry. The leadership there vs. the projects I am working on in my retirement are totally different. Instead of meeting production dates. Today it is The Soup Kitchen, The Food Pantry, and a trip to Vietnam for another volunteer mission. The leadership required for each of these different tasks, is so different, but at the same time needs to be strong to keep others focused and on the Big “R” that we all know. Keeping “Focus” on the tasks at hand is sometimes hard, as others too, have many tasks that they are working on in their retirement.
