On his way to work, he cursed the other cars in the traffic jam. The irony was lost on him: His car was contributing to the congestion.

 

Then, he sat at his desk, angry about team members who weren’t being more responsible. The irony was lost on him: His (lack of) leadership was creating the deficit in their accountability.

 

The inspired among us have different perspectives. They begin with: Where’s my responsibility in this? Until such views are considered, little changes.
