No one thought you could build trust with someone that wasn’t physically in the same room, but you did that, too.

In a world that suddenly had to be lived virtually, no one thought you could innovate, sell, connect with customers, teach, lead, align or collaborate.

But you did.

(And with swirling storms of vitriol no one thought humans could string together acts of kindness – but you and your family did that, too.)

It’s worth asking your team: As we look at the possibilities in the year ahead, what do we believe can’t be done – but if we had to achieve, we could?

The biggest barrier that stands between us and where we want to go is always an obstacle within us: Transforming the belief of ‘we can’t’ to ‘we must.’
