Easy gratitude: Delighting in those who admire us.
Not-so-easy gratitude: Being thankful for our rivals.
Easy: Celebrating our successes.
Not-so-easy: Rejoicing the lessons learned in failure.
Easy: Giving thanks for people who believe as we do.
Not-so-easy: Being grateful for those who disagree.
Easy: Sharing our abundance with the needy when a Holiday calls for such action.
Not-so-easy: Investing in the less fortunate when we don’t get a tax break.
Easy: Expressing gratitude for that which has been given to us.
Not-so-easy: Giving thanks for the ability to give.
Gratitude is both a mindset and an action, an event or an approach to life, something we do or an indication of who we are.
All gratitude is powerful.
One type of gratitude changes our world.
