The Connector System® Our certification approach

The Connector System® is an evolution of Verus Global’s earlier successes with collaborative leadership development. It combines the best-practices in capability-development approaches with the real-time needs of an organization to quickly develop and scale the collaborative leadership needed to secure success of the strategic plans. To achieve that, we meet employees where they are facing their business challenges and empower them through skill development to deliver on their objectives.

Over the course of approximately four months, connector candidates will complete eight modules, each consisting of a self-guided learning portion and an instructor-led virtual learning gate, complete with assignments to practice application of tools and methodologies learned in each module.

Once certified, Connectors will share their knowledge and enable peers through Grab-and-Go Sessions or Collaboration for Impact programs.
