There’s too much commercialism.
It’s not the way it used to be.
They miss the point.
They’re not focused on the right thing.
I can’t believe they believe that.
It is risky when a society chooses to celebrate at the same time – and for different reasons. Will people judge others and thus rob themselves of the experience for which they’re hungry? Or will joy prevail?
Celebrating something doesn’t require that circumstances be perfect. Joy happens when there’s a letting go of the expectation that circumstances (or people) should be different than they are in this moment. This act creates and amplifies harmony.
To those who create this experience, regardless of what time of year it is, we thank you – and follow your lead.
