Developing a team and building something great, however, means that at some point you’ll have to let go of what you know – and extend into the indefinable. This can be daunting, because at the end of the day you’ll be asked to measure and prove that what you have spent time working on delivered value to the business.
Move forward anyway. The answers to our questions are always more profound than we originally imagined.
