Warning! In case you missed it: March moves us into the habit-forming phase of 2017. The repeated actions of each team member are becoming what this year will forever be.

Are you cool with how the team is showing up?

The year-end bonus never compensates for a year of life that’s not well lived. It’s marching madness to think the team can trudge and grind out a year that still has so long to go.  If your team cares about doing something significant this year, these questions are worth considering during this habit-forming phase:

  • Are we celebrating enough?
  • When’s the last time we laughed together?
  • Is the feeling we have when we join the team meeting the one we want to have?
  • To what extent do we care about each other as teammates? (Does our answer to that question sit well with us?)

It’s never too late to be who we wanted to be at the beginning.
