team work, big thingsThe truth about what is holding us back – and therefore the solution which we covet – is often camouflaged. When a team thinks the answer is working longer hours, or always needing more resources, or changing the behaviors of “those people”. . . the team commits to a future of nowhere.
An external-solution way of thinking (i.e. “we don’t have to change us – we have to change them”) means days are filled with chasing deeper problems which are merely disguised as solutions.
How do we deliver the objective we have in front of us?
A distinction of a team that achieves big things: The team members know that the people asking the question are on the team with the answer.
Where’s your solution?
